The business of installing and commissioning mechanical and electrical equipment is currently the company's second largest business. A total of 13 hydropower stations have been installed and 7 hydropower stations have undergone automation transformation, efficiency enhancement, capacity expansion and multiple technical renovation, maintenance and testing projects.
Mechanical and electrical installation of hydropower stations: The installation and construction tasks of mechanical and electrical equipment for projects such as Wengxi Power Station in Taishun County, Zhejiang Province (1*1.6MW), Unit #3 of Dazhaihe Third-level Power Station in Jinping County, Yunnan Province (3*5MW), Fengchunling Third-level Power Station in Yuanyang County, Yunnan Province (2*6.3MW), Fengchunling First-level Power Station (2*6.6MW), Fengchunling Second-level Power Station (2*5MW), Yangxihe Second-level Power Station (2*6.5MW), Halonghe First-level Power Station (2*5MW), Datammen in Qingyuan, Zhejiang Province (2*2.5MW), Liangtou Power Station in Pingyang County (2*0.5MW), Mu Shutian Power Station (3*1MW), Gechangqiao Power Station (2*1MW + 0.8MW), Baishuiji Power Station (2*0.8MW), Dongningjing Hydropower Station in Xiangyuan County, Shanxi Province (2*0.4MW), etc.
Integrated automation transformation of hydropower stations: The integrated automation transformation of power stations such as Sanchaxi Power Station in Taishun (2*22MW), Sanchaxi Second-level Power Station (2*4MW), Dishan Power Station in Xinchang, Zhejiang (2*2MW), Dasai Power Station in Longquan (4*0.63MW + 1*1.25MW), Linjiang Power Station in Longquan (3*0.5MW), Shimen Power Station in Pingyang County (4*0.5 + 2*0.2MW), and Xianju Hydropower Station in Taishun County (2*12.5MW).
Electrical tests of hydropower stations: Electrical handover tests of power stations such as Tingminghe Power Station in Nujiang, Yunnan (2*20MW), Guanbei Power Station in Yangshan, Guangdong (2*3.2MW + 1.6MW), and Egahe Power Station in Nujiang (3*15MW); Previous electrical preventive tests of Hongxi Second-level Hydropower Station in Taishun (2*4MW) and Wengxi Hydropower Station in Taishun (1*1.6MW); Electrical preventive tests of Liangtou Power Station, Baishuiji Power Station, Mu Shutian Power Station, Jiaoxi Power Station, and Shimen Power Station in Pingyang County in 2022; Electrical preventive tests of Fengchunling First-level Power Station, Fengchunling Second-level Power Station, Fengchunling Third-level Power Station, Yangxihe Second-level Power Station, and Yangxihe Third-level Power Station in Yuanyang County, Yunnan Province in 2023.
Technical renovation projects of hydropower stations: Replacement, installation and commissioning of two governors, excitation systems and butterfly valves in Laowohe Fourth-level Hydropower Station of Shenneng Hydropower; Rectification and defect elimination of switch cabinets and cable trays, renovation of three excitation systems and three governors in Bajiaohe First and Second-level Hydropower Stations; Renovation of two excitation systems and two governors in Aluhe Hydropower Station; Renovation of three excitation systems in Latudi Hydropower Station; Replacement of three governors in Laowangzhuang Hydropower Station of Huaneng Lancangjiang; Replacement, installation and commissioning of two governors and two ball valve control cabinets in Fengdianhe Second-level Hydropower Station.
Overhaul projects of hydropower stations: Each unit A overhaul since 2020 in Laowohe Fourth-level Hydropower Station of Shenneng Western Nujiang Division; Five unit C overhauls in Dudukuluohe First and Second-level Hydropower Stations in 2023; Three unit C overhauls in Latudi Hydropower Station; Unit A overhauls of No. 2 and No. 4 units and unit C overhauls of No. 1 and No. 3 units in Zilenghe Hydropower Station; Two unit C overhauls in Gudanhe Hydropower Station; Unit A overhaul project of No. 2 unit in Bajiaohe First-level Hydropower Station in 2024; Mechanical and electrical equipment repair and replacement projects after the July 28th disaster in Husahe Third and Fourth-level Hydropower Stations in 2023 of Shenneng Western Dehong Division; Unit A overhaul project of No. 5 unit in the capacity expansion of the second phase of Binglangjiang.
The technical renovation project company has maintained good cooperative relations with Guangzhou Qingtian Industrial Co., Ltd., Wuhan Changjiang Control Equipment Research Institute Co., Ltd., Wuhan Sanlian Control Equipment Co., Ltd., Wuhan Water Treatment Valve Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Guowang Technology Co., Ltd.
